Contemporary Dance & Improvisation (intermediate)

EN A class based on Jose Limon's technique, that consists of exercises on the floor and combinations in space, starting from body gravity and breath, and developing into diverse movement explorations in space and in time. The second part of the class is formed as an Improvisation through guided movement tasks, based on the research the participants and facilitator conduct every week. Το δεύτερο μέρος του μαθήματος διαμορφώνεται ως αυτοσχεδιασμός μέσα από καθοδηγούμενες κινητικές οδηγίες, με βάση την έρευνα που διεξάγουν κάθε εβδομάδα οι συμμετέχοντες και η διδάσκουσα. Το μάθημα διεξάγεται στην ελληνική γλώσσα.
