The private course consists of physical exercises as well as movement, stretching, breathing and relaxation exercises. Elements from various dance practices are used, as well as physical techniques aimed at improving posture and awareness of body movement. The course is structured as a choreographic combination, in which each exercise is added to the previous one. They are then repeated with music to create a flowing combination designed to help participants warm up, unblock, strengthen, release, move and awaken all body parts, joints, ligaments and organs of the body.
